Nicole Dubé Rosson, MHA

Nicole Dubé Rosson has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare with 14 years focused solely on global collaborative healthcare. She joined Cedars-Sinai in 2022 as the Director, Global Services and Operations. In her role, she provides leadership and operational oversight for the Cedars-Sinai International global hospital affiliations, International Regional Office locations, and CS International staff and consultants, focusing on implementation of our growing business and complex global projects, and ensuring the highest quality of service pursuant to the Cedars-Sinai mission.

Prior to joining Cedars-Sinai, Ms. Dube Rosson worked as a director at Johns Hopkins Medicine International. At Johns Hopkins, she was charged with overseeing business development activities and the strategic oversight of operational and financial aspects of a multimillion-dollar international health care portfolio encompassing the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.

Ms. Dubé Rosson leads numerous global health care programmes that provide clinical and operational products and services to help public and private sector clients to raise the standard of healthcare for patients around the world, in addition to developing research infrastructure and clinical staff training and education programmes.

Ms. Dubé Rosson earned her bachelor’s degree in health science and policy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and a master’s degree in health administration from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University. She is a Bowe Fellow, having completed the World Trade Center Institute’s Developing Global Executives (EDGE) program in 2020. Additionally, she has published several articles focused on global collaborative health and medical education.
