Emily Kelly is the newly appointed Executive Director at the Alex Panton Foundation (APF), having recently transitioned from her role as Programme Manager. In her new position, Emily focuses on driving the organisation’s strategic vision, ensuring sustainable growth, and deepening its impact on youth mental health across the Cayman Islands. Her priorities include expanding partnerships and overseeing high-level initiatives that align with APF’s mission.
Emily is a young Caymanian who joined APF in May 2023, and successfully led key initiatives such as the launch of the Kids Helpline (KH). She has oversight of the ongoing operations and a dedicated team of Kids Helpline volunteers. Through her management of APF’s programmes, Emily also strengthened APF’s community outreach, maintaining relationships with schools and local organisations. Her dedication to APF’s mission and work ethic have been pivotal in expanding APF’s reach and effectiveness.
