Andrew Vincent is a passionate advocate for system sustainability and healthcare reform that supports it. He is Chair of the Cayman Heart Foundation, which works tirelessly to address awareness, understanding and health behaviours to prevent cardiovascular disease, along with early identification of cardiovascular problems in order to save more lives.
Andrew is also founder and director of Optimal Healthcare Ltd, a health-focused clinical provider, having previously co-founded another well-known clinic, providing him with a deep understanding of the Cayman Islands health system, its pitfalls and gaps, and how it might move towards a more sustainable platform.
Andrew has an MBA from Manchester Business School, and a 25-year prior history in the global healthcare industry before moving to the Cayman Islands in 2016.
