Kahlill Strachan is the General Manager for Cayman Islands National Insurance Company (CINCO) having joined the organisation in 2021. He has worked in the financial services industry in both the public and private sectors and specifically insurance for more than 25 years. His wide and varied experience includes having served as an auditor, insurance regulator, reinsurance underwriter and business development officer with leading companies in the private sector, as well as senior analyst roles within the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.

Kahlill is a risk manager at heart who enjoys assisting in the development of people, identifying process improvements within an organisation, and finding unique and innovative solutions to common insurance problems.

He is also a lifelong learner and holds professional qualifications in Accounting (FCCA) and Insurance (ACII).
